These Terms apply to your use of thatsggn.in and to the digital marketing services provided by Gagandeep Singh (“I”, “me”). By using this website or booking a service, you agree to these Terms.
Services
I provide paid advertising services, including Google Ads, Facebook and Instagram Ads, YouTube Ads and analytics setup. The exact scope, deliverables, timeline and price for each project are agreed with you in writing before work begins.
Fees and ad spend
- Prices shown on this website are starting prices. Your final price is confirmed in your quote.
- My service fee is separate from your advertising budget. Ad spend is paid by you directly to the ad platform (such as Google or Meta).
- Payment terms are set out in your quote or invoice.
Results
I work to improve your campaign performance, but advertising results depend on many factors outside my control, such as your product, pricing, website, competition and platform changes. I cannot guarantee specific sales, leads or returns.
Your responsibilities
- Give me timely access to the accounts, assets and information I need.
- Make sure your products, offers and content follow the law and the ad platforms’ policies.
- Keep ownership of and admin access to your own ad accounts.
Intellectual property
Once paid for, ad copy and creatives made for your campaigns belong to you. The content of this website belongs to me and may not be copied without permission.
Cancellation
Either party may end an ongoing service with written notice as agreed in your quote. Work already completed is payable.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes fall under the courts of Haryana.
